As we recently concluded Mental Health Awareness Month and approach National Psychotherapy Day this fall, I find myself reflecting on the significance of this day—not just for our profession, but for each and every one of us. In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to overlook the importance of taking care of our own mental well-being. However, this self-care is crucial, not only for ourselves but for the quality of care we provide to our clients.

This year, in celebration of National Psychotherapy Day, I am excited to announce a one-day wellness retreat specially curated for therapists and all others in the behavioral health and social service fields.
